In the second quarter, the volume of mortgage issuance in the Russian Federation increased by 70%

Against the background of the completion of the preferential mortgage program, the volume of mortgage loans increased in the second quarter of this year. This is evidenced by the data of the Central Bank.

During the reporting period, the volume of issuance reached 1.8 trillion rubles, whereas in the previous quarter this figure was at the level of 1.1 trillion rubles. The growth was 71%.

In the segment of housing under construction under equity agreements, the volume of issuance doubled, from 0.5 trillion rubles to 1 trillion rubles per quarter. In the ready-made housing segment, the growth was 44%, from 0.6 trillion rubles to 0.8 trillion rubles.
