EU countries have provided 118 billion in aid to Ukraine since the beginning of hostilities. euros, including 43.5 billion euros provided for military needs. This was stated by the deputy head of the EC Valdis Dombrovskis.

According to Valdis Dombrovskis, this amount, in particular, includes 25.2 billion euros of macro-financial assistance, 17 billion euros for EU countries to help refugees, 14 billion euros raised through the Ukraine Facility fund, and 12 billion euros in loans, subsidies and guarantees from EU countries.

At the same time, military aid amounted to 43.5 billion euros, of which 6.1 billion came from the European Peace Fund. This money was used to supply priority weapons to Ukraine, including artillery shells and air defense equipment, as well as to purchase goods produced by the Ukrainian defense industry.
