The Company has placed 15 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each by open subscription.
The term of circulation of the securities is 3 years.
The coupon period is 91 days.Coupon income is defined as the amount of income for each day of the coupon period according to the formula key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + spread, which is established based on the results of the collection of applications in the amount of 1.20% per annum. Initially, the spread benchmark was at a level not higher than 120 bp.
The organizers of the placement were: Gazprombank, DOM Bank.RF, BC REGION, Russian Agricultural Bank.
