The Russian government has transferred 75% of the authorized capital of the Goreltech plant to Rostec Group

Chairman of the Government of Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed an order on the transfer to the ownership of the State Corporation Rostec as a property contribution of 75 percent of the authorized shares of LLC Goreltech Plant, owned by the state. The corresponding order was signed on September 14.

Recall that since March of this year, a 75 percent share in the authorized capital of the company has been under the management of the Federal Property Management Agency. It follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities that the remaining 25 percent belongs to the German company R.Stahl, which is a leading international supplier of equipment and solutions in the field of explosion protection.

The plant itself &Goreltech» develops and manufactures explosion-proof electrical equipment for enterprises in Russia and CIS countries. It has three production sites: in St. Petersburg, Tyumen and Alma-Ata, as well as seven branches in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
