According to the Russian Franchise Association, at the global level, franchising covers about 90% of the tourism industry. As the director of the Association, Yuri Mikhailichenko, says, "such models are widely used in the field of accommodation, the hospitality industry, services, logistics, in the work of travel agencies and the management of tourist facilities and territories in general." At the annual FTT-2024: Forum of Tourist Territories, which will be held from October 3-6 at the IEC "Minvody EXPO", franchise projects will be presented not only by Russian but also foreign companies.

According to Yuri Mikhailichenko, the participation of foreign colleagues will enrich the Russian hospitality and tourism industry with new ideas and best international practices: At the upcoming forum, we will show the best concepts in the hospitality industry, in-demand retail solutions, service facilities and several franchises that guarantee the launch of accommodation facilities. The exhibition of franchises within the framework of the Forum will be held for the first time. Commenting on such an idea, Henrik Winter, head of the Union of Restaurant Managers (FRiO) and president of the restaurant holding Tigrus, noted: Franchising exhibitions and forums play an important role in the development of high-quality business in Russia. Franchising allows you to raise the level of offers and increase the competitiveness of the market by introducing international quality standards in food, atmosphere and guest service. This is especially important for regions with great potential. The North Caucasus Federal District is only gaining tourist momentum, but there is already a high level of service and brands that can meet the growing needs of tourists and residents of the region.

The North Caucasus Federal District is indeed one of the leaders in terms of tourist flow growth over the past few years, partly this dictated the decision of the organizers to hold a Forum of tourist territories in the Ministry of Waters. The regions of the district have a large, but still little realized tourism potential. Franchise projects can give a new incentive to its disclosure and set much higher standards of hospitality, since projects that have already proven their viability will be presented at the exhibition. Registration for the Forum is in full swing, and is available on the official "a href="https://territoryforum.ru/" ;>website events. But the business program is almost completely formed: it includes 50 round tables and sessions, which will be attended by 200 speakers, and in total more than 2,000 guests are expected at the forum.
