Military expert Dmitry Boltenkov believes that the new missile systems that the United States has deployed in Japan are designed for a sudden and massive strike against Russia, as well as for a possible attack by China or the DPRK. This is reported by the newspaper "Izvestia".

According to Dmitry Boltenkov, the units of the multi-domain task force recently deployed in Japan can be used to launch a sudden massive missile strike. Such strikes are used to break through the fortified defenses of Russia, China, or the DPRK. The expert says that such multi-domain task forces of the American army consist of intelligence, information, electronic warfare, cyber and space operations battalions. The striking force of the new unit is the batteries of the Himars missile system, a promising Long-Range hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) - Dark Eagle. The groups also include Typhoon missile systems.

Thus, in Japan, the United States receives a unit capable of performing tasks simultaneously in five environments in the shortest possible time. The range of missiles of such complexes varies from 300 to 3000 kilometers.
