The rate of the 1st coupon on the bonds will be 20.2% per annum.
Based on the results of the collection of applications, the Issuer set the premium value for exchange-traded bonds of the 001P-03 series at 1.20% per annum.The 1st coupon rate is set at 20.20% per annum.
The rate of the 2nd-42nd coupons is defined as the value of the key rate of the Bank of Russia, effective on the 4th business day preceding the start date of the corresponding coupon period, + premium. Initially, the benchmark for the coupon rate was at the CS + spread level not higher than 140 bp.Technical placement of securities on the stock exchange is scheduled for September 20, 2024.
The planned volume of placement is 7.5 billion rubles.
The nominal value of one security of the issue is 1000 rubles.
The term of circulation of the securities is 7 years, the offer is issued in 3.5 years. The coupon period is 30 days.
The organizer and agent is Gazprombank.
