The Government of the Russian Federation has approved the procedure for paying the remaining funds of the mother capital. We are talking about a balance of funds not exceeding 10 thousand rubles. The family will receive the money in the form of a lump sum.

A message about the possibility of receiving this lump sum payment will be sent to families through the portal of "Public Services" from the Pension and Social Insurance Fund. It will also be possible to issue and send an electronic application here. Also, an application for payment can be sent through the MFC or by mail.

After consideration of the application for payment, the funds will be credited to the specified bank account within five business days.
