Russia and Ukraine in September this year conducted a new exchange of prisoners of war, according to the formula 103 for 103. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense and a number of Russian publications.

The Russian military is currently in Belarus, where they are receiving the necessary psychological and medical assistance, the Russian Defense Ministry said. Later, all released servicemen will be taken to Russia for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions of the Ministry of Defense.

As far as we know, representatives of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) provided mediation during the exchanges. Later, Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the prisoner exchange. 103 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine returned to the country, among them 82 privates and sergeants and 21 officers.
