JSC «Laser Systems» will place bonds for 200 million rubles.
The Issuer will begin placing exchange-traded bonds of the BO-01 series on September 17, 2024.
The Company plans to place 200 thousand bonds with a nominal value of 1000 rubles each by open subscription.
The total issue volume at face value is 200 million rubles.
The maturity of the bonds is 3 years, the offer has not been submitted.
The rate of the 1st-36th coupons is defined as the key rate of the Bank of Russia, effective as of the 2nd business day before the start date of the corresponding coupon period, + 4.25%. Thus, the rate of the 1st coupon on the bonds will be 23.25% per annum.
The bonds provide for the possibility of early repayment at the discretion of the issuer on the end date of the 18th coupon period.
