Importers in the Russian Federation still have problems with cross-border settlements. This was stated by the head of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina.
"p>«Problems with cross-border settlements remain with importers, which, along with the key rate, is likely to restrain import growth rates in conditions of high domestic demand," she said.Earlier it became known that the Bank of Russia admits the possibility of raising the key rate at the next meeting, which is to be held October 25th.
