The M-4 high-speed highway &Don»-Dzhubga-Sochi, which will become a stand-in for the existing Dzhubga-Sochi highway (A-147) in the Krasnodar Territory, will be operated on a paid basis. This was announced by the head of Avtodor Group of Companies Vyacheslav Petushenko.
"lt;p> According to him, for the construction of the expressway it was necessary to attract money from the market in conditions of insufficient government funding. Therefore, all the roads that Avtodor Group of Companies is building are now toll roads, since funds from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) are used at the largest facilities. This money is refundable. Concessionaires also invest in the construction of roads. Therefore, the route will be paid.The construction of the highway itself will take place in 7 stages, everything should be completed by 2028.
