The Federal Antimonopoly Service plans to tighten control over producers of bread, flour and butter in terms of the formation of selling prices for products. This is reported by the press service of the department.
FAS has sent demands to manufacturers to inform the service about each price increase for socially important goods by the end of 2024. The Agency will analyze the dynamics of pricing, and in case of an unjustified increase in wholesale and selling prices, it will apply antitrust measures.
