Production of civilian drones will be launched in the Far East as part of increasing technological potential, President Putin announced at the WEF plenary session.

The pilot project will be implemented as part of a large-scale effort to support the Far Eastern regions.

«We will support the development of advanced, creative industries, the infrastructure of the big data economy and artificial intelligence in the Far East. In particular, we will organize a zone for processing unmanned aerial vehicles for civilian purposes," Putin said.

During the WEF plenary session, the President spoke about the creation of the first international TOP.
