Details of the criminal case on the supply of low-quality bulletproof vests of the Ministry of Defense have been released

New information has emerged about the defendants in the scandalous criminal case being investigated for the supply of substandard body armor for the Russian Defense Ministry. The publication "RIA Novosti" reports that the defendants in the case directed the funds of the state contract to purchase real estate for themselves and authorized shares in five companies.

In particular, it follows from the materials of the criminal case that the company LLC «GK «Picket»» has shares in the authorized capitals of five companies. The firm has a 25 to 99 percent stake in them. In addition, the legal entity has registered land plots with a total area of 7,200 square meters and a non-residential building with an area of 1,265.7 square meters. In addition, the company has a lot of money stored in 22 bank accounts.

Recall that in May of this year it was reported that the defendants in the criminal case on the supply of substandard bulletproof vests of the Russian Ministry of Defense had all accounts and assets arrested.
