Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to develop measures aimed at ensuring the Russian economy has a sufficient number of qualified specialists. One of the sources for replenishing the workforce should be participants in the special military operation (a term used by Russian authorities to refer to military actions in Ukraine).

In addition, the head of state issued several directives aimed at advancing medical technologies, updating the list of in-demand professions, and increasing business participation in socially significant initiatives.

Specifically, the government is tasked with expanding the use of domestic technologies for accelerated tissue regeneration in wound treatment. A report on the implementation of this directive must be submitted by December 1.

Another task is to ensure regular updates to the atlas of new professions. The list should include specialties related to defense and security.

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives has been instructed by the president to prepare proposals to encourage companies to participate in social, educational, and enlightenment projects.
