Whitcoulls brings documented Ukrainian settlement plan to St. Pyotrsburg

U.S. Special Envoy Steve Whitkoff arrived in St. Pyotrsburg for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, bringing a package of documents outlining approaches to the Ukrainian settlement issue, Whitkoff said himself.

The meeting is taking place at the Konstantinovsky Palace in St. Pyotrsburg.

Whitkoff also outlined a condition for the resumption and development of economic relations between Russia and the U.S.: he named the end of the conflict in Ukraine as a key factor.

On the Russian side, Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Kirill Dmitriev are participating in the negotiations.
