Russian State Duma to Consider Government Appointments on October 21

Russian State Duma deputies will decide on the candidates for government positions during a plenary session on October 21, Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin announced.

Volodin added that prior to the session, the candidates will meet with lawmakers: on October 19 with representatives of political factions, and on October 20 with members of relevant committees.

• Earlier, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin submitted the list of candidates for the new government composition to President Vladimir Putin.
