Starting October 16, the toll for driving on the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD) during peak hours has increased from 19 to 25 rubles per section, according to the Moscow Department of Transport. The change was introduced due to increased traffic congestion on the route.
The toll applies only on weekdays during rush hours: from 7:00 to 11:00 am and from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. At all other times, including weekends and public holidays, the road remains free of charge.
However, the transit fee for those using the MCD to pass through Moscow has not been adjusted and remains at 950 rubles.
