Russian Users Report Widespread Outages of VK Mail, VK Workspace, and Mail.ru Cloud

Russian users are reporting widespread issues accessing VK Mail, VK Workspace, Mail.ru and Mail.ru Cloud.

Access problems began around 10:00-10:30 am. According to monitoring portal Detector404, the number of complaints exceeded 5,000 within an hour.

Users report being unable to log into personal and corporate email accounts, access cloud storage services, and complete authentication processes.

The official reason for the service outage has not been disclosed.
