All foreign digital services and online platforms can operate in the Russian market provided they comply with national legislation, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Commenting on the prospects for the return of foreign services to Russia, the Kremlin representative noted that the situation with Roblox was illustrative. He said the story of this platform shows that there are no restrictions for foreign companies if they meet the legal requirements.

Peskov emphasized that this approach applies to any foreign service. Responding to a question about the possible resumption of operations in Russia by several major foreign platforms, he pointed out that compliance with Russian legislation remains the key condition.

Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Development reported that Roblox had met the requirements of Russian regulations in the field of user security. Following this, access to the platform was restored in Russia.

Thus, the Kremlin made it clear that the possibility of foreign digital services operating in the country directly depends on their willingness to act within the framework of Russian legal norms.
