Russia, Ukraine exchange bodies of fallen soldiers in 526-for-41 swap

Russia and Ukraine have carried out another exchange of deceased military personnel, according to a source familiar with the humanitarian procedure, cited by Russian state news agency TASS.

Under the agreement, Russia will hand over 526 bodies of deceased Ukrainian soldiers to Kiev, while Moscow will receive 41 bodies of Russian servicemen in return.

The exchange is part of ongoing humanitarian contacts between the two countries. Further details of the procedure have not yet been disclosed.
