Penza Region Governor Dismisses Entire Government Cabinet

The entire government of Penza Region has been dismissed by regional head Oleg Melnichenko.

He announced the decision in his Mah channel, adding that he has already signed the relevant decree.

"This is due to the need to increase executive discipline and improve the quality of task implementation. The region needs effective management decisions, high responsibility, and a modern approach to work in every area," Melnichenko explained the reasons for the dismissal of the regional cabinet.

Until a new government is formed, the current ministers will continue to perform their duties on an interim basis.

As Melnichenko emphasized, a detailed analysis will be conducted on the work of each ministry. Only those who "demonstrate professionalism, effectiveness, and a responsible attitude" will continue working in the new government.
