Internet operations in Russia will return to full capacity once the need for current restrictions is eliminated, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"We understand that the limitations on internet operations cause inconvenience. However, this is a temporary situation. Once the necessity for these measures is no longer present, internet operations will be fully restored and normalized," Peskov stated.

Addressing the blocking of messaging apps, Peskov emphasized that companies must comply with Russian laws. He noted that this is standard practice in many countries, and the majority of Russian citizens recognize the need and rationale behind such measures.
