### Russian Consulate in Dubai Clarifies Evacuation Flight List Process The Russian General Consulate in Dubai has reported a sharp increase in hotline calls from Russian citizens requesting to be included in repatriation flight lists. The consulate has issued a statement clarifying the procedure for compiling passenger lists. According to the consulate, the flights in question are exclusively operated by Aeroflot. All previously purchased tickets have been canceled, and passengers have been added to a unified database of departing individuals. Passenger allocation to flights follows a chronological order, with priority given to those who have been waiting since February 28. Communication with passengers is handled by the situational center, which notifies travelers via SMS, email, or phone calls. Once a passenger confirms their readiness to depart, an electronic airline ticket is sent. If a passenger fails to respond to a call, does not confirm their readiness to depart, or misses the notification, they are automatically moved to the next available flight. The consulate also warned that passengers who confirm their departure but fail to show up for the flight without a valid reason will be excluded from further allocation. To be reinstated on the list, they must provide justification for their absence. The consulate emphasized that it does not manage or maintain passenger lists for either Aeroflot or other airlines.
