Russia needs to integrate 12 million people into its economy by 2032, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golикова said at the Russian Business Week forum organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

"According to forecasts, by 2032, we will need to involve about 12 million people in the economy, including those replacing current workers. The need for replacement varies across industries and is largely determined by the average age of the employed," Golikova was quoted as saying by TASS.

She emphasized that companies in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, transportation and storage, science, healthcare, and education should pay the most attention to their talent pool.
