### Residents of Novorossiysk and Anapa Experience Earthquake in Black Sea Region
Residents of the Russian cities of Novorossiysk and Anapa felt earth tremors in the early hours of February 10. Seismic activity was recorded in the waters and coastal areas of the Black Sea near these cities.
According to Novorossiysk Mayor Andrey Kravchenko, the epicenter was located approximately 30 kilometers from the city and about 20 kilometers from Anapa. The focus was at a depth of more than 20 kilometers. Preliminary reports indicate that the incident did not result in any damage or injuries.
Emergency seismic services reported a 4.8-magnitude earthquake in the Krasnodar region. The tremors were recorded at 2:21 am Moscow time. The epicenter was located about 35 kilometers northwest of Novorossiysk, with the focus at a depth of approximately 10 kilometers.
