Russian Users Report Widespread Telegram Disruptions

Telegram users have reported service disruptions, with some experiencing difficulties sending messages and uploading media files, according to monitoring services.
DownDetector, a platform tracking service outages, recorded over 2,400 complaints related to Telegram in the past 24 hours. Russian-based monitoring service "Sboi.ru" also noted an increase in complaints, with more than 800 reports of issues registered on its platform. The surge in complaints began around 11:00 Moscow time, peaking at approximately 13:00.
The majority of issues were reported in the mobile app, with users citing problems sending text messages, photos, and other files.
Regions with the highest number of reported outages included Tyumen Oblast, the Republic of Mordovia, and Kamchatka Krai.
