Medcapital will acquire 20 medical centers in different regions of the Russian Federation

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has agreed with Medcapital to purchase 20 medical centers located in 12 Russian cities. This is reported by the agency.

Earlier, the company applied to the Federal Antimonopoly Service with a request to acquire 99% of the shares in the authorized capital of MC Expert. We are talking about medical centers in Kursk, Voronezh, Tula, Smolensk, Rostov-on-Don, Tver, Perm, Kaliningrad, Khabarovsk, Irkutsk, Borisoglebsk and Novosibirsk.

According to the FAS, the planned transaction will not lead to a restriction of competition in the medical services market.
