Vladimir Putin has begun his long-awaited speech in the Kremlin.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin began speaking to reporters on the night of May 11 at 10.37 a.m.

It completes a series of working meetings with the leaders of foreign countries who arrived in Moscow to participate in commemorative events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. This year, the heads of 27 countries visited the Russian capital, which underlines the special significance of this historic date for the world community.

Among other things, analysts expect important statements about a possible 30-day truce with Ukraine.
