The volume of trade between Russia and the United States increased 1.5 times in March, reaching the highest level in the last two years - 573 million dollars, RIA Novosti reported, citing data from the American statistical service.

According to the publication, such a jump occurred solely due to an increase in Russian exports, which amounted to 523.45 million dollars against 339.6 million in the previous month. The increase in exports is associated with an increase in fertilizer supplies.

At the same time, imports of American products to Russia remained at the level of February and amounted to $ 50 million.
