The number of mortgage transactions with resort real estate in the Russian Federation has halved

In 2025, the share of mortgage transactions with resort real estate is about 36% of the total volume. Compared to the same period in 2024, the number of such transactions has almost halved, according to TASS.

At the same time, the number of installment transactions from developers has increased significantly: at the end of last year, their number in the primary housing market increased several times.

The Krasnodar Territory, as one of the key tourist regions of Russia, is experiencing an increase in demand for real estate due to increased migration flows over the past five years.
