29 foreign leaders are expected to attend the 80th anniversary of the Victory in Moscow. The heads of the following States will be represented among them:

CIS countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, South Ossetia
Latin America: Brazil, Venezuela (President Maduro will visit Russia on May 7-9)
Africa: Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia
Asia: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vietnam, China, Cuba, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Palestine, Serbia, Slovakia.

Special attention is paid to the participation of the leaders of Brazil, China, Palestine and Egypt. India, Nicaragua and South Africa will be represented by high-level delegations. The DPRK will participate at the ambassadorial level.

Military crews from 13 countries will march through Red Square in a parade formation. Veterans from various countries, including the United States, will also be present at the parade.

In addition to the heads of state, the event will be attended by the Secretaries General of international organizations: the SCO, the CIS, the EurAsEC, the CSTO, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Union State of Russia and Belarus, the African Union Commission, as well as the president of the New Development Bank. The heads of all diplomatic missions accredited in Russia have also been invited.
