The "Carpet" mode was lifted at all Moscow airports. First, restrictions were lifted in Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo, then in Domodedovo and Zhukovsky. This was announced by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

Earlier, arrivals and departures were restricted there. During the period of restrictions on alternate airfields, 34 aircraft operating flights to airports in the Moscow region left.

A carpet plan is most often introduced in case of a possible UAV attack. Tonight, on May 6, 19 drones flying towards Moscow were shot down.
