Following the results of the talks between Russia and the United States held in Riyadh the day before, the Kremlin published a number of agreements reached by the parties.

Thus, the Russian and American sides agreed to ensure the implementation of the Black Sea Initiative, which includes ensuring the safety of navigation in the Black Sea, the non-use of force and preventing the use of commercial vessels for military purposes while organizing appropriate control measures through the inspection of such vessels.

In addition, the United States will contribute to restoring access to the global market for Russian exports of agricultural products and fertilizers. We are also talking about reducing the cost of shipping insurance, as well as expanding access to ports and payment systems for such transactions.

It is noteworthy that the agreements reached include the lifting of sanctions restrictions on Rosselkhoznadzor and other financial organizations that are involved in international food trade (including fish products) and fertilizers. Organizations will also be connected to SWIFT, and the necessary correspondent accounts will be opened.

Restrictions on strong trade finance operations are also being lifted.

Sanctions will also be lifted against companies producing and exporting food and fertilizers. Restrictions will also be lifted on the work of insurance companies with shipments of food and fertilizers.

Sanctions are lifted from servicing Russian-flagged vessels in ports that are involved in the trade in food and fertilizers.

Restrictions on the supply of agricultural machinery to Russia, as well as other goods involved in the production of food (including fish products) and fertilizers, are being lifted.

In addition, Russia and the United States have agreed to develop measures to implement agreements banning attacks on energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine for a period of 30 days starting on March 18, 2025. The moratorium may be extended, and one of the parties may withdraw from the agreement in case of non-compliance with the moratorium by the other party.

- Russia and the United States welcome the good offices of third countries aimed at supporting the implementation of agreements in the energy and maritime sectors.Russia and the United States will continue to work to achieve a lasting and lasting peace," the Kremlin said in a statement.
