The Central Bank is lifting restrictions on investment by qualified investors in derivative instruments whose value is linked to cryptocurrencies through mutual funds.

The document also envisions an expansion of the list of non-exchange-traded securities in which retail mutual funds can invest. However, their share will be limited to 10%, except for closed-end funds, where the limit will be 20%.

The draft regulation improves the calculation of concentration limits in retail mutual funds. Previously, the share of assets of a single company was 10%, but now this indicator applies to the entire group of companies associated with the company.
