**Novosibirsk Oblast Issues Bonds with Yield of 17.21% per Annum** Novosibirsk Oblast today, from 11:00 to 14:00 Moscow time, conducted a bid collection for bonds of issue number 34027. The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for November 18, 2025. The total issue volume at nominal value amounts to 22.5 billion rubles, with the planned placement volume not exceeding 10 billion rubles. The nominal value of each security in the issue is 1,000 rubles. The circulation period of the bonds is 3.9 years. The repayment of the nominal value of the bonds will be carried out in amortization installments: 10% on the date of the 8th coupon payment, and 15% each on the dates of the 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th, and 16th coupon payments. The benchmark rate for the first coupon is set at no higher than 16.20% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of no more than 17.21% per annum.
